You can cancel any subscription at any time, yourself, via Billing → Manage & cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling by itself does not trigger a refund.
If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason — email support@infovault.app from your account address. Because you request that the service starts immediately at checkout, the refund is proportional: we deduct the share of the billing period that has already elapsed and refund the rest.
The withdrawal right applies to the initial purchase, not to automatic renewals. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge — annual subscribers receive a reminder before renewal. Renewal charges are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise or at our discretion.
Extra-seat charges are prorated from the day a member joins and invoiced immediately; removing a member creates a prorated credit on the next invoice the same way. Seat charges follow the same withdrawal rules as the subscription they belong to.
After the 14-day window (or where no statutory withdrawal right applies, including business/B2B subscriptions), we don't refund partial periods. If something went genuinely wrong — you were double-charged, or the service was materially broken for you — write to us; we handle such cases individually and err on the side of the customer.
Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
