Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026 · Terms · Refund policy · Privacy

1. Who we are

infovault is a document knowledge base you connect to your AI assistant: you upload documents, we process and index them, and you query them from Claude or from this dashboard, publishing cited reports as outputs. infovault is operated from Slovenia. Contact: support@infovault.app. The operator's full legal identity and registered address will be published here before commercial launch.

2. Your account

You need an account with a verified email address. Keep your password confidential — actions taken through your session are yours. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Your content

Documents you upload, and outputs generated from them, remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing, processing, indexing, and displaying your content to you and to workspace members you share it with, including automated processing by the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your content and never use it for advertising. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

4. AI-generated results

Answers, summaries, and reports are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. That's why results carry citations back to your source documents — verify important figures against the cited source before relying on them. infovault is a research tool, not professional (legal, financial, engineering) advice.

5. Plans, billing, and seats

Free, Pro (personal space), and Team (per shared workspace, paid by its owner; includes the owner + 1 member, additional members billed per seat once they join, prorated) — current prices are shown on the Billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

6. Consumers and business use

If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep all mandatory statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described in the Refund Policy. Team workspaces used for business purposes are business (B2B) contracts, to which consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

7. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or use, no infringing other people's rights.
  • No attempts to breach tenant isolation, probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • No reselling the service or systematic scraping outside the provided APIs.

8. Availability, disclaimers, liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change features over time. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or consumers' mandatory rights.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we delete your content per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

Slovenian law governs these terms. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, and may bring disputes before their local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
